1. Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this service. You must be located in Colorado, United States. By using this site you confirm both of these conditions are true. We reserve the right to verify your age and location at any time.

2. Nature of Service

ShroomCo provides a wellness consultation service and, as permitted under Colorado Proposition 122 (NCRMD Act), gifts psilocybin mushroom products to qualified adults as part of a personal use wellness program. No sale of psilocybin products occurs. Consultation fees are for the consultation service only.

Our consultation reports are wellness assessments generated by algorithm, not medical advice. They do not constitute a diagnosis, treatment plan, or recommendation from a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified physician regarding medical conditions or medications.

3. Assumption of Risk

Psilocybin mushrooms are a powerful psychoactive substance. By using our service you acknowledge:

• You understand the nature and effects of psilocybin
• You are voluntarily choosing to use psilocybin and assume all associated risks
• You have reviewed our Safety Protocols and understand the contraindications
• You are not relying solely on our consultation report in place of professional medical advice
• You will not operate a vehicle or machinery while under the influence of psilocybin

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information in the consultation assessment. Providing false information about your health, medications, or age voids these terms and may result in termination of service. The quality of your consultation report depends directly on the accuracy of your responses.

5. Delivery & Identity Verification

Gifted products are delivered by private intra-Colorado courier only. You must be present at the delivery address and provide a valid government-issued photo ID confirming you are 21 or older. If you are not present or cannot verify your age, delivery will not be completed and the product will be returned.

Delivery is available within Colorado only. Providing an out-of-state delivery address is a violation of these terms and applicable law.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the assessment has been completed and your report generated. If a delivery cannot be completed due to our error, we will reschedule at no charge. Cancellations requested before delivery dispatch will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including consultation algorithms, report templates, brand assets, and written content — is the property of ShroomCo Colorado, LLC. Your personal consultation report is yours. You may not reproduce or distribute any other content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShroomCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the consultation.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the legal landscape around psilocybin in Colorado evolves. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
